Can a plaintiff request the court to conduct the trial without his participation and inform him on the awarded decision?

Yes, he can. However, one should remember that it is difficult to address a legal issue in such a way. Of course, a dispute can be resolved without the claimant's presence provided a proper application is filed. But the court discusses the possibility of conducting a trial in the absence of the claimant only if it will not affect the completeness of the investigation. Thus, the court having started the trial in the absence of the claimant can decide that is necessary to listen to explanations given by the claimant in person. And this means that the trial can be postponed until the claimant attends the court.
